Gabriele Ranfagni

Gabriele is a veteran animator and technical visionary with over 15 years of experience spanning traditional 2D animation, storyboarding, and high-end CGI for major Hollywood productions. His career began in classical hand-drawn animation, where he developed an extraordinarily deep understanding of movement, weight, and performance -- skills that would later prove essential in building AI systems that truly understand the creative process.
As Lead Animator at MPC Montreal (now Technicolor Creative Studios), Gabriele worked on blockbuster VFX films including Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Napoleon, and Cats. His hands-on experience leading teams of 20+ artists on multi-million dollar productions gave him a first-hand understanding of the pain points, bottlenecks, and communication failures that plague modern VFX pipelines -- and the conviction that AI could solve them.
Beyond production work, Gabriele is a passionate educator who has taught animation, gesture drawing, and anatomy at multiple institutions. This teaching background shaped his philosophy that technology should empower artists rather than replace them -- a principle embedded in every aspect of AnimaFlow's design.
Gabriele is the sole architect and creator of the entire AnimaFlow pipeline: the server infrastructure, the desktop and mobile clients, all 8 AI assistants (Thor, Heimdallr, Freyja, Loki, Fenrir, Baldur, Gefjun, and Mimir), the fleet deployment system, the hardware configurator, the VPN mesh networking, and the AI inference layer. He designed and built every component from scratch -- from the REST API to the PyQt6 desktop application to the Android companion app -- driven by a singular vision: to give every animation and VFX studio the power of a self-hosted, AI-native production pipeline with zero cloud dependency.
Ariele Podreider Lenzi

Ariele is a seasoned VFX professional and creative leader with an impressive career spanning film, commercials, and episodic content at the highest level of the global entertainment industry. A graduate of the prestigious Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) Milano, he combines a rigorous design education with years of hands-on experience in the trenches of visual effects production.
Throughout his career, Ariele has held senior leadership positions including Head of Creative and CG Supervisor at top-tier VFX facilities, overseeing complex productions from initial concept through final delivery. His credits include landmark films such as Zack Snyder's Justice League, Venom, Ready Player One, and numerous high-profile commercial campaigns for global brands.
What sets Ariele apart is his rare combination of artistic vision and technical depth. He has supervised teams of artists across multiple disciplines -- modeling, texturing, lighting, compositing, and FX -- and understands intimately how each department interconnects within a production pipeline. This holistic perspective was crucial in shaping AnimaFlow's architecture to serve real-world studio needs rather than theoretical workflows.
Within AnimaFlow, Ariele's production management expertise and creative leadership inform the platform's approach to project organization, review workflows, and cross-department collaboration. His experience managing complex, multi-site productions directly influenced the design of AnimaFlow's multi-studio architecture, role-based access controls, and the review and approval systems that keep productions running smoothly.
Chiara Elisabetta Vanni

A widely recognized figure in corporate consulting and human potential development, Chiara brings a unique interdisciplinary approach that bridges law, psychology, and personality science. A qualified attorney and certified Enneagram practitioner, she is also an accomplished hypnologist and karmic astrologer who uses these disciplines as interpretive keys to unlock each individual's deepest potential.
Chiara is renowned for her work supporting companies through the study of the Enneagram, training HR teams in personality profiling and interpersonal understanding. Her methodology helps organizations identify each person's unique strengths and growth areas, enabling teams to perform at their best. She uses hypnology and karmic astrology as complementary tools to understand the deeper motivational patterns that drive human behavior.
Within AnimaFlow, Chiara's expertise was instrumental in defining Freyja, the HR & Recruiting AI assistant, and in designing a groundbreaking new KPI calculation system based on the Enneagram. This approach goes far beyond traditional metrics -- instead of measuring raw output alone, it factors in personality type, communication style, creative temperament, and individual growth trajectory to produce KPIs that are significantly more effective and realistic than any conventional method used in the VFX industry to date.
